Squeeze ins/after hour appointments are available for an additional fee of $25 (fee’s does not go towards your service, it's an additional fee) and fee is due BEFORE appointment is secured.

All payments are non refundable. If for any reason I have to cancel then a refund may be issued.

• No call/ No Show= No future appointments

• I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHERSWORK

• If you for whatever reason have to leave your appointment you still will be charged.

• Nail repairs have a *GRACE PERIOD* of 24 hours. After that, it's $10 per repair.

• If you have crystals, decals, nail art, etc it is additional depending on design

• COVID guideline: mask are required please make sure you have it on before walking in , hands must be washed upon entry. If you are showing any symptoms please cancel/reschedule your appointment immediately do not wait for a positive test

The day prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text once you confirm. Exact location will be sent. (You must reply with confirm, DO NOT JUST REACT TO THE MESSAGE. If you DO NOT confirm your appointment by 7pm it will be open up for booking at 7:01 no exceptions)

 

Late Policy: 10 minute grace/ A $10 fee will be added at 5 minutes.

You must be in my chair not pulling up or coming down the street. Deposit are non refundable. You may reschedule with the same deposit once. Must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

 

Cancellations/rescheduling must be done within 24 hours or your appointment will require a new deposit.

(A $25 inconvenience fee will be due if canceling within

the 24 hour period, This fee applies to same day cancellation or rescheduling)

*Rescheduling can only be done once (1x) with the same deposit and must be done within 3 weeks of the original date it was scheduled 

 

 

• Schedule for a soak off if needed (if this service is not added at the time of booking it will be $20 if time allows if not you will have to reschedule which is also a $20 inconvenience fee) [- Soak offs takes an additional 20-30 mins please be mindful of this.

 

 

• When booking a dual service nail/toes you will need a deposit for both services. If you decide you only want 1 service you will still be charged the $20 same day cancellation fee.
